Patricia Ann Stefanko

Patricia Ann Stefanko, 67,of Pittston, passed away Saturday evening at Regional Hospital, Scranton.

Born on Christmas Day, 1953 in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Tirva. She attended Pittston Schools and was retired from the Pittston Area School District.

Surviving are two sons, John Tirva and wife Kristina, Scranton, and Joseph Stefanko and wife Kristen, Drums; and six grandchildren, Abigail (age 19), John Jr. (16), Andrew (13), Benjamin (11), Lillian (5), and Molly (1).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Stefanko, and a brother, Robert Tirva.

The funeral will be Wednesday with a graveside service at 11 a.m. in St. Michael’s Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Pittston. Arrangements are by the Paul F. Leonard Funeral Home, Pittston.
