Born in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Elwood and Julia Kurtinaitis Bressler. She graduated from Pittston Area High School, Class of 1971. She retired after working as a cashier in Hallmark in Wilkes-Barre. She is survived by a brother, James, Pittston; a sister, Elaine Snedeker and husband Dave; nieces and nephews, James, Michael, and Steven Bressler, Jerod Snedeker and wife Kristie, Chuck Bressler and Melissa Bressler; two sisters-in-law Lisa Bressler and Ginger Bressler; and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Chuck and Elwood; a sister-in-law, Grace; and a niece, Jana Snedeker. The funeral will be Sunday with a blessing service at 7 p.m. In the Paul F. Leonard Funeral Home, 575 North Main St., Pittston. Interment will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton.
