Obituaries » Frances Holleran December 10, 1929 - February 16, 2022 Service Date: February 18, 2022 Frances Holleran February 16, 2022 Frances Holleran, 92, passed away Wednesday morning at Allied Hospice, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Brooklyn, NY on December 10, 1929, she was the daughter of Joseph and Margaret Kachinsky Kaprosch. She was raised in Pittston and graduated from Pittston High School in 1947. She moved to New Jersey after graduation and worked as a bookkeeper until her retirement in1988, when she and her husband moved back to Pennsylvania. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Parish, Pittston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, of 47 years, and her two brothers, Joseph and Thomas. Also preceding her in death was her daughter, Judee and granddaughter, Maggie. Surviving are her daughter, Peggy Booth and husband Gary, Harveys Lake; her son, John, Harding; grandchildren Justin Garrett and his wife, Amber, Exeter, David, Harding, Jackie and JR, North Carolina; and two great grandchildren, Olivia and Oliver Garrett. The family would like to thank the staff at Allied Hospice, Wilkes-Barre for the compassionate care provided to Frances in her final days.
