Duane Thomas Perhalla, 56, of Dupont, passed away last Wednesday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital folowing an illness. He is survived by his wife, Dianne Hoover Perhalla.
Born on October 14, 1966, he was the son of the late Eileen Perhalla. He attended Meyers High School and worked as a Certified Technician in Environmental Services at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre.
Also surviving are three sisters-in-law, Patty Hoover, Dupont, Rosalie Gaudett, Duryea, and Helen Reap, Avoca.
The funeral will be on Wednesday with a prayer service at 7 p.m. in the Paul F. Leonard Funeral Home, 575 North Main St., Pittston. Friends may call from 5 to 7 at the funeral home. Interment will be Thursday at the convenience of the family in St. John’s Cemetery, Duryea.
